Cloud provider

A cloud provider is an online service that signs each receipt, keeps the fiscal record and reports to the tax office where your country asks. There is no device to buy. BlinkFix sends each sale to the provider you connect, under your establishment’s own account.

First of all

  • You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
  • Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
  • BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.

How it fits together

  1. BlinkFixsends each sale with your account or till id
over the internet, when you collect the money
  2. Cloud providersigns the receipt and keeps the fiscal record
    reports of the provider
  3. Tax office or signing recordthe provider reports as your country asks
The provider answers with the signature, the number and the QR code, and BlinkFix keeps them with the order.

What you need

  • An account at the provider your country’s box names (“Cloud fiscal service”). The provider bills you: ask it for its price. fiskaly and fiskaltrust both offer a free test environment, so you can try the connection first.
  • The id of your establishment’s account or till at the provider. You type it into “Account or till id”. At fiskaltrust it is the id of your cloud CashBox.
  • Where your country asks for it, the registration of your system with the tax office, such as the notification within one month in Germany or the registration with FinanzOnline in Austria. Your accountant tells you what applies.
  • Your legal name, address, tax number and VAT rates right in BlinkFix: they go on every receipt.

Step by step

  1. Open Work › More › Place settings › VAT and receipts › Fiscal connection.
  2. Under “Connection”, choose “Cloud provider”. The row “The provider your country uses” names the service. If this chip is not there, your country’s row in BlinkFix’s table allows no cloud provider.
  3. In “Account or till id”, type your id at the provider.
  4. Press “Connect”. BlinkFix saves the connection and checks it at once with the provider.
  5. Read the “Status” card. “Connected”: BlinkFix sends each sale to the provider. “Not available yet”: BlinkFix has no connection for that provider and country, and sends nothing. “Not connected” or “Failing” shows the provider’s reason under it.
  6. Press “Check the connection” whenever you want to test it again; the line under the buttons says “The connection answers.” or “The connection does not answer yet.”
  7. Sell something small and open the “Fiscal receipts” tab of VAT and receipts: the order is there with the number the provider gave.

How you know it works

  • The “Status” card reads “Connected”, and under it Cloud provider · the provider.
  • A paid order shows in the “Fiscal receipts” tab as “Issued” with the provider’s number, or “Test mode” while your country is in test mode. Open the order there to see its QR code.
  • Where your country asks for reports, they appear under “Reports” in the same tab.

The maker’s and the provider’s own manuals

  • fiskaly: developer documentation
  • fiskaltrust: documentation
  • United Arab Emirates: business e-invoicing (Ministry of Finance)
  • United Arab Emirates: the Peppol PINT AE format
  • United Arab Emirates: the A-Cube e-invoicing interface BlinkFix uses (A-Cube documentation)
  • Turkey: e-Archive invoices (Revenue Administration, in Turkish)
  • Turkey: the e-Archive integrators the Revenue Administration has authorised (in Turkish)
  • Turkey: the Nilvera integrator’s documentation

Your country’s box names the service it uses. Use that service’s documentation for its own settings; BlinkFix asks only for your account or till id.

Only the pages of the maker, the provider or the authority themselves are linked, as they were on 29 October 2026.

If something goes wrong

The status says “Not available yet”

BlinkFix has no connection for that provider in your country, so it sends nothing. Keep issuing your receipts on your own certified system.

The message says no cloud provider is set for this country yet

BlinkFix’s table allows a cloud connection for your country but has chosen no provider. There is nothing to connect yet: keep issuing your receipts on your own certified system.

The status says “Not connected” or “Failing” and the reason names a key, a credential or an organisation

Your establishment needs a credential of its own at the provider. You never type a password, key or token into BlinkFix, so the app cannot take it. Until the status says “Connected”, issue every receipt yourself, and write to [email protected] before you rely on the connection.

The provider refuses the account or till id

Copy the id again from the provider’s own portal, without spaces. An id from another establishment, or from another country’s account, is refused. The provider can tell you which id belongs to your establishment.

Receipts show “Test mode”

BlinkFix runs your country against the provider’s test environment: it marks every number as a test and shows none to your customers. Whether the provider counted a receipt as a real fiscal one depends on your account’s own setup, so check with your provider that each sale is fiscalised once, neither missed nor twice.

A receipt shows “Waiting for the register” or “Failed”

BlinkFix tries again by itself and tells you if it still fails. Press “Re-run” on the receipt in the “Fiscal receipts” tab once the cause is gone. If it cannot be sent, issue the receipt another way within the time your law allows.

United Arab Emirates: nothing is sent

The cloud connection there is for a tax invoice to a business buyer who pays as a business with a UAE tax registration number. A sale to a consumer sends nothing. Nothing is sent before the start day your country’s box shows; before it, BlinkFix keeps drafts only and the order stays on Receipts to issue.

Turkey: the cloud connection refuses an order

In Turkey the cloud connection is an e-Archive link for one taxpayer: it invoices that taxpayer’s consumer sales, and it refuses an order whose customer asked for a business invoice, which you invoice yourself. Your register’s daily closing (Z) report stays on your register.
