Invoices on request
In China, India, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates a document is made only when the customer asks for it: in China a fapiao, in India a GST invoice for a business, in South Korea a cash receipt for a cash order, in the UAE a tax invoice for a business that pays with its tax registration number. The customer asks from the order. You see the request in BlinkFix, and your provider issues the document or you do.
First of all
- You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
- Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
- BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.
How it fits together
- BlinkFixtakes the customer’s request from the orderthe request, once you send it or at once
- Your providerissues the document with your accountthe provider’s registration
What you need
- The account at the provider your country uses. The connection screen names it under “The provider your country uses”. A fapiao can also be issued by you on the tax bureau’s platform.
- In India your GSTIN, and in South Korea your business registration number, saved for the place in VAT and receipts: the connection’s account must be the same number.
- To know that BlinkFix offers the document to customers only when its legal texts and the provider are in place; until then your list says so.
Step by step
- Open Work › More › Place settings › VAT and receipts › Fiscal connection. As the owner you can fill in the connection on any device.
- Under “Connection”, choose “Cloud provider”, give the account there and press “Connect”. In China, where you issue fapiao yourself, you need no connection.
- Open the “Fiscal receipts” tab of VAT and receipts. Requests appear under “Fapiao requests”, “GST invoice requests” or “Cash receipt requests”, each with the order’s lines and VAT.
- India’s requests go to your provider at once. In South Korea press “Send” on a request to have your provider issue the receipt, or issue it yourself and press “Enter the number” to record its approval number.
- A failed request: press “Send again”. A request the provider is working on: press “Check again”.
- To turn a request down press “Decline” and give a reason; the customer reads it and can correct the details and ask again.
How you know it works
- A customer’s request shows in the list with its state: “To issue”, “With the provider” or “Issued”.
- An issued document shows its number on the request and on the customer’s order, and the customer gets it by e-mail.

If something goes wrong
Customers do not see the document on their order
BlinkFix offers it only when its legal texts are published, your country is out of test mode and the provider is connected. The list in the “Fiscal receipts” tab says when it is not offered yet.
India: the form says the GSTIN is not the one saved on the place
The account of the connection must be your GSTIN, the same as in VAT and receipts. Correct whichever is wrong and connect again.
South Korea: the receipt is for an order paid by card
A cash receipt is for an order paid in cash. The request form is offered for such orders only.
A request failed
The line under it says what the provider said. Fix the cause, then press “Send again”. A failure that can pass is sent again by BlinkFix by itself.
I issued the document myself
In South Korea press “Enter the number” and give the approval number (9 digits). Elsewhere the provider issues it, or you decline the request with a reason.
