National provider
In Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Tanzania, Rwanda and the Philippines each sale is recorded through a system your tax authority runs or approves. BlinkFix connects to the system of your country with the account and the keys you give it, checks them at the provider before it saves anything, keeps them encrypted and sends each sale through it.
First of all
- You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
- Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
- BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.
How it fits together
- BlinkFixcollects the money and makes the fiscal documenteach sale, when you collect the money
- Your provider accountchecks your details and records the receiptthe provider’s report to the authority
What you need
- The account, the device or application registration and the keys your provider or your tax authority gave you. BlinkFix cannot open or register them for you.
- The details the form asks for: a login, a taxpayer number, a device or application id and, in some countries, a certificate and a private key as text. Each field says what it is and where to find it.
- To know whether your country is in test mode or live: the connection screen says so, and it asks for the details of that environment.
- Your legal name, address, tax number and VAT rates right in BlinkFix: they go on every receipt.
Step by step
- Open Work › More › Place settings › VAT and receipts › Fiscal connection. As the owner you can fill in the connection on any device: it is the same screen in the app and on blinkfix.me.
- Under “Connection”, choose “Cloud provider”. The provider your country uses is named under “The provider your country uses”.
- Fill in the fields. A certificate or a key is pasted as text, with its first and last line; a password is hidden as you type.
- Press “Connect”. BlinkFix checks the details at the provider first. A refusal names the field and says the provider’s words; nothing is saved until the provider accepts them, and what you typed stays in the form.
- Read the “Status” card. While your country is in test mode, press “Test receipt”: the provider’s test environment answers with a number. It is not a real fiscal document.
- Sell something small and open the “Fiscal receipts” tab of VAT and receipts: the order is there with the provider’s number.
How you know it works
- The “Status” card reads “Connected”, and under the provider’s name the environment, your account and the last characters of each secret.
- A paid order shows in the “Fiscal receipts” tab as “Issued” with the provider’s number, or “Test mode” while your country is in test mode.

If something goes wrong
The provider refuses the details
The message gives the provider’s words and names the field when it can. Copy the value again from the provider’s own portal, without spaces, and press “Connect” again. Never send a password, key or certificate to anyone in a message.
The screen says my country moved between test and live
The connection was made in the other environment than your country is in now. Connect again with the details for the new environment.
I changed a password or a certificate at the provider
Press “Change details” and enter everything again. BlinkFix never shows a secret again, only its last characters.
The status says “Saved, not working yet”
The provider accepted the details but does not answer the status check yet. The message under it says why. Press “Check the connection”; if it still fails, ask the provider.
Uzbekistan: the connection is weakly sourced Not yet confirmed
BlinkFix’s knowledge of Uzbekistan’s receipt format rests on a community package, not on the authority’s own documentation. Check each receipt with your adviser before you rely on the connection.
Russia and Belarus
BlinkFix has no connection switched on for them.
