Per-sale reporting

In these countries each sale is reported to the tax authority within a set time, with a code or a QR code that proves it. A certified till, software, a cloud provider or an e-invoicing solution registered with the authority makes the report. Registering with the authority is your step: BlinkFix cannot do it for you.

First of all

  • You are the seller, so the fiscal receipt is yours to issue. The receipt BlinkFix gives your customer confirms the payment BlinkFix took in your name; it is not a fiscal receipt.
  • Only the owner can set up, change or remove the fiscal connection.
  • BlinkFix switches fiscal connections on country by country. Until the app shows your connection as Connected, issue every fiscal receipt yourself, on your own till or system.

How it fits together

  1. A sale is paidyou collect the money
    at once, through your connection
  2. A signed documentwith a QR code or the authority’s code
within the time your country allows
  3. The tax authorityreceives the report
The time limit is your country’s: for example 24 hours in Saudi Arabia. If the authority does not answer, BlinkFix tries again and tells you.

What you need

  • Your registration with the tax authority as a taxpayer and, where it asks, the registration of your system or solution. In Saudi Arabia that is an onboarding on the Fatoora portal. Your accountant tells you what your country asks.
  • A way to send: a connection the “Connection” card offers for your country, or your own certified till or software.
  • Your tax number and legal name right in BlinkFix: they are in every document.
  • The time limit and the start day of your country’s rule. Your country’s box shows the start day; the authority’s pages, linked there, give the limit.

Step by step

  1. Ask your accountant which route your country asks of you, and finish your registration with the authority first.
  2. Open Work › More › Place settings › VAT and receipts › Fiscal connection and choose the way the “Connection” card offers: “Cloud provider”, “Register software” or “Fiscal printer”. If it offers none, or the status says “Not available yet”, keep sending through your own certified system.
  3. Where the app offers an onboarding step for your country, follow it. In Saudi Arabia it asks for the one-time code you generate on the Fatoora portal for your unit.
  4. Press “Connect”, then read the “Status” card. “Connected” means BlinkFix reports each sale.
  5. Sell something small and open the “Fiscal receipts” tab of VAT and receipts. A reported sale shows “Issued” with its number; open it to see its QR code.
  6. Look at the “Fiscal receipts” tab every day for a receipt marked “Failed”. Press “Re-run” once the cause is gone, and if it still cannot be sent, issue the document another way within the time your law allows.

How you know it works

  • The “Status” card reads “Connected”.
  • Each paid order has a receipt marked “Issued” in the “Fiscal receipts” tab, or “Test mode” while your country is in test mode.
  • Your country’s box shows the payment forms it does not record, for example a card payment through BlinkFix in Czechia: those orders get no fiscal receipt by design.

The maker’s and the provider’s own manuals

  • Saudi Arabia: the roll-out phases and waves (ZATCA)
  • Saudi Arabia: the detailed e-invoicing guideline (ZATCA)
  • Saudi Arabia: the developer portal manual, with the sandbox (ZATCA)
  • Saudi Arabia: the solution providers (ZATCA)
  • Czechia: EET 2.0 (Ministry of Finance, in Czech)
  • Hungary: online receipt data (NAV, in Hungarian)
  • Slovakia: eKasa (Financial Administration, in Slovak)
  • Croatia: the Fiscalisation Act (Narodne novine, in Croatian)
  • Greece: myDATA (the Independent Authority for Public Revenue)
  • Slovenia: the tax office (FURS, in Slovenian)

Every country’s box lists the authority’s own pages under “Official pages”.

Only the pages of the maker, the provider or the authority themselves are linked, as they were on 29 October 2026.

If something goes wrong

The authority refused the document

Open the receipt in the “Fiscal receipts” tab: it shows what the authority said. A wrong tax number or legal name is the usual cause; correct it in VAT and receipts and press “Re-run”. BlinkFix does not resend a document the authority refused until you do.

The status is “Failing” and the reason mentions onboarding or a certificate

Your registration with the authority is missing or has run out. In Saudi Arabia, onboard your unit again on the Fatoora portal: a new onboarding makes a new unit, because BlinkFix cannot yet renew the certificate of an old one.

Saudi Arabia: I have not been told my wave Not yet confirmed

BlinkFix reports every sale as a taxpayer in the integration phase would. A taxpayer ZATCA has not yet notified into a wave only has to generate and keep its invoices. Ask your accountant before you connect.

The authority does not answer

BlinkFix sends again, and in Saudi Arabia it tells you an hour after if the report is still not made. The deadline stays yours: if the report cannot be made in time, make it another way.

Nothing is sent although the status says “Connected”

Check the start day in your country’s box. Nothing is sent before it, and a sale from before you connected is never sent: report it yourself.

Croatia, Hungary, Slovakia and Norway: no provider is named Not yet confirmed

Neither fiskaly nor fiskaltrust covers these countries, as far as the research found. Report through your own certified system or software, and ask a local partner which route your restaurant uses.

Greece and Slovenia Not yet confirmed

Greece reports each transaction in real time to myDATA and Slovenia has the tax office confirm cash invoices. The research did not settle which route a restaurant uses in Slovenia: confirm it with a local partner before you rely on any connection.

Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Vietnam, Taiwan, Kenya and Malaysia: what the form asks for

The connection screen lists the fields of your country’s provider, each with its name and a line saying where to find it. Open your account at that provider first; the screen names it under “The provider your country uses”. Type only what the fields ask for, and press “Connect”: BlinkFix checks it at the provider before it saves anything.

The form says the tax number is not the one saved on this place

The number you type must be the number saved for the place in VAT and receipts. Correct whichever is wrong, then connect again. In Mexico, Argentina and Malaysia a tax number is held by one owner only; if it is already connected to a place of another owner, BlinkFix support checks which taxpayer it belongs to.

Mexico: the seal certificate

If your provider does not hold your seal certificates (CSD) yet, give the certificate, its key and the key’s password once. BlinkFix hands them to the provider and does not keep them: they are not shown again, and you need not type them for later changes.

The status says the connection was made in the test environment

BlinkFix runs your country against the provider’s test environment until its row in the regime table goes live. When it does, connect again with the details for the live environment: the screen tells you.
